Zonal Values via Hangouts

West Pasig: Brgy. Caniogan Zonal Values in Php/sq.m.

Residential Regular (RR) - lowest is 1500, highest 6000; mostly 3000
Commercial Regular (CR) - 10,000 to 20,000; mostly 10,000

*all other streets not listed in table: Residential = 3000; Commercial = 4000


Zonal Value Condominiums & Townhouses

Ortigas Center - 40,000/sqm
outside OC - 25,000/sqm

Pasig Register of Deeds

Yesterday, I went to Pasig City Hall, 3rd floor, Register of Deeds & Assessor's office.
A certified true copy of condominium certificate of title now costs 274 pesos per copy if clean title. On the other hand, if the title is mortgaged, it costs 311 pesos per print.
Meanwhile, a certified true copy of the tax declaration now costs 50 pesos per print.
The Pasig Register of Deeds & Assessor's office said these requests should take one day only. And the the last transaction of the day should be in before 4 pm.
Guard said Brokers typically charge 1,000 pesos for every Title. Should I charge this much as well?
